Testing Ushahidi v2.7.3 (Upcoming Release)

We’re almost ready for the next bug fix release of Ushahidi v2.7.3b, and we need your help!

What Needs Testing?

Some of the key features and bugs we need help testing include:-

Category import on CSV import:

Broken video embeds in reports when viewed over HTTPS:

Install errors: 1321 and 1337

Dual alert sign-up: 1316 and 1339

Links back to reports - smssync: SMSSync #140 and Ushahidi #1334

How To Help?

There are two ways to test:

Download and test the install locally: We have tagged a 2.7.3b branch in github as the “beta release”. You can download this code and test it from the 2.7.3b github branch.

Use our test Ushahidi site: We’ve uploaded this beta version onto http://testing.ushahidi.com and loaded up the http://zombiereports.org dataset to help you get started.
